Card Queue Overview

What is a Card Queue?

Each time you personalize and schedule a card to be mailed, this information is stored in an online card queue. Our card queuing model, which is similar to the way you may queue your DVDs online, is an easy way for you to manage upcoming events, holidays and occasions. The queue is essentially a list of your upcoming occasions and the cards you’ve selected and personalized for those occasions; the queue or list format makes it easy for you to manage your scheduled cards, and you can easily update your messages, scheduled mailing dates and recipient.

How Do I Manage My Card Queue?

Sign into your account and click on the My Queue link which can be found at the top of each page. This will take you to your Card Queue page where you can edit your queued and scheduled cards. Cards in your card queue cannot be edited once we've begun preparing them to be mailed. This is typically 3-5 days before the scheduled occasion date. The edit option in your card queue will be disabled one this process begins.

When Will My Personalized Cards Be Mailed?

Generally, personalized cards are mailed out 3-5 days before your scheduled occasion date in keeping the US Postal Service's 1st Class Mail delivery estimation; however, we like to keep the mailing window flexible as to insure that your card arrives on the occasion date or a day or two before. Depending on the distance that the card has to be mailed and postal holidays we try to tailor our mailing times to insure a timely arrival. If it's a longer distance for instance, we may mail your card 6-7 days before the occasion date. We aim to be on time first, early second, but never late.

What If My Personalized Card Does Not Arrive?

We take additional measures to insure your card arrives safely and on time, including double-checking recipient addresses with the post office; we cannot however account for every scenario once a card has been mailed from our offices. To date only one card out of thousands mailed has not arrived; in this case we promptly mailed a second card free of charge of course but we work to prevent this from happening again. If your card does not arrive please contact us at feedback@greetq.com and we will work with you to track down the issue and make sure a card is delivered for your occasion at no additional charge.
