What is a card queue?
A card queue is a list of cards you've purchased to be sent to a recipient on a future date. You can schedule a card to be sent and save it in your queue by clicking the Personalize link below the card image. Once you've completed the card personalization including selecting a recipient and selecting a send date, the card will be stored in your queue.
Can I purchase a card without saving it to my queue?
Yes. Below each card image you will see two options:
- "Add To Cart"
- Send to someone else: "Personalize"
How do I make changes to my queue?
To make changes to the personalized cards in your queue, click on the Queue page. Select the Edit button next to the scheduled card you’d like to update.
What if I need to change my scheduled send date?
You can change your scheduled send date anytime before the card has been processed and addressed for mailing. The personalization and mailing process begins 7-10 days before your selected occasion date. If there are 10 or fewer days remaining before your occasion date, the scheduled time cannot be changed.
What if I need to cancel a card in my queue?
You can cancel a card that has been saved in your queue anytime before the card has been addressed for mailing. This address and mailing process begins 7-10 days before your selected date. If there are 10 or fewer days remaining before your send date, the scheduled card cannot be canceled.
Can I change my order?
Yes. You can change a card in your shopping cart by choosing to Edit button to update the personalization details for cards you’ve chosen to personalize. You can also personalize a card that you initially placed in your cart to be sent directly to; just click the Personalize button from the Shopping Cart and you’ll be directed to the Personalize Card page.
If you choose to change an item that is currently in your queue, visit the My Queue page and select the Edit button to change the personalization details.
I cannot update an item in my queue
You can edit a card that has been saved in your queue anytime before the card has been addressed for mailing. This address and mailing process begins 7-10 days before your selected date. You may change the details of a personalized card in your queue if there are 10 or more days remaining before your send date.
How can I track cards I've sent to others?
You can quickly preview the cards you’ve chosen to personalize by viewing the
Queue Preview pane on the homepage; this allows you to easily view at a glance the next 10 cards that will be personalized and sent for you. You can also view all of the cards in your queue by visiting the
My Queue page.
To track your complete order and purchase history, visit the My Account page and click on
Order History at the top of the page.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your item(s) within 30 days from the date on your packing slip. This applies only items that are shipped directly to you.
Please send the undamaged item(s) in the original packaging, along with your packing slip and the reason for your return to:

We will credit your account once your return is processed and verified.
If you wish to cancel a scheduled card you may click the Cancel button from within your
Card Queue. You must cancel the scheduled item 8 or more days before your chosen occasion date. We will not charge you for items that are cancelled from your queue. If we have begun processing your personalized card for shipment, the
Cancel option will not be available. We do not offer refunds for personalized cards that have already been sent to recipients on your behalf.
How do I use site search?
Use the search box at the top of each page to search for specific types or styles of cards. You may enter search terms such as the cards’ color, style or brand. You can also search for cards by themes such as “Angels,” “Flowers” or “Birds” for example. To narrow your search, select a category in the dropdown box to the left of the search box.
I forgot my password and/or username. What should I do?
If you’ve forgotten your user name and password visit the Contact Us page and select “Help with Username/Password” option in the subject dropdown box. You will be prompted to enter an answer for your chosen security question. Once you’ve completed and submitted the form, we will follow-up by email with sign-in information.
I cannot sign into my account

I am a card designer and would like for you to consider carrying my line. Who should I contact?
We’re always interested in carrying new and unique lines. Please send a cover letter, a catalog and/or samples, and a wholesale price list to GreetQ Card Company, 10002 Aurora Ave N Ste 36-145, Seattle, WA 98133. We will take a look at your selection and contact you if you line fits with our current product selection.
Do you carry e-Cards?
GreetQ carries unique, high-quality, paper cards. We offer a convenient option to sending cards online by allowing you to complete personalization and sending of cards directly online. We do not offer e-cards.
Do you offer rush or priority shipping?
Yes, we do offer rush shipping to cards that we mail directly to you. Cards that are personalized and mailed directly to your recipient we do not currently offer rush shipping.
Do you ship to international addresses?
Currently we only ship within the Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska. We are working to provide International shipping on personalized cards soon.
Can I send a card for next-day delivery?
We currently do not offer next day delivery. Although we are working to add this option to our site, we hope that our current services are useful in helping you plan for important occasions.
When should I expect to receive items I’ve ordered?
Orders sent to you are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Personalized cards require 7-10 days for processing and are shipped separately based on your occasion date.
What should I do if my order has not arrived?
Please visit the Contact Us page to report any problems with your order. We will work hard to quickly resolve any issues with your order.
How much is shipping & handling?
Excluding Sundays and holidays, orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt. Below is a table of shipping costs of items mailed directly to you. Currently, we only ship to the Continental US, Alaska and Hawaii.

For your convenience, GreetQ can personalize your cards with a personal message, and address and mail them for you.
We currently offer two personalization options:
- If you choose to personalize your card using one of our handwriting fonts, the cost is $1.99 plus $0.42 postage per item.
- If you choose to have someone on our staff handwrite your personal message on your behalf, the cost of this service is $2.99 plus $0.42 postage per item.

What are your sales tax rates?
GreetQ is based in Washington State. Washington state sales tax will be applied to orders with shipping addresses in Washington. Sales tax will not be applied to orders sent to addresses within other states.
