Personalization Overview
With GreetQ you can add a personal message to any card and schedule it in an online card queue to be mailed on a specific date. We will then mail your personalized card to whomever you, whenever you want. You’ll never miss a birthday, holiday or anniversary again!
We offer an extensive selection of personalization services to meet your every need. Once you find the perfect card in our online catalog and select the “Personalize” option, you’ll be able to customize your personalized card using the following options:
Use the address book to save your most frequently used address. Each time you log in and personalize a card, you can select your stored addresses from a drop down list.
You can choose to have your personalized message printed in one of our handwriting/script-style fonts. We don’t use “computer text types” which often feel cold or impersonal. We carefully choose a variety of typefaces that are both elegant and stylish and match the quality of our cards; the end result is a classy and personal card which never fails to impress.
Personalized cards are mailed using 1st Class Domestic and International Mail.
Generally, personalized cards are mailed out 3-5 days before your scheduled occasion date in
keeping the US Postal Service's 1st Class Mail delivery estimation; however, we like to keep the mailing window flexible as to insure that your card arrives on the occasion date or a day or two before. Depending on the distance that the card has to be mailed and postal holidays we try to tailor our mailing times to insure a
timely arrival. If it's a longer distance for instance, we may mail your card 6-7 days before the occasion date. We aim to be on time first, early second, but never late.
Your address or the address you provided during personalization will be used as the return address. Although we take thorough measures to make sure your personalized cards arrive on time, if for some reason, the recipient does not receive your card, the should be returned to your
return address. The GreetQ address does not appear on personalized cards.
Basic personalization, i.e. a personalized card that is not handwritten, is $1.99 per card + postage.
Handwritten personalization is a dollar more at $2.99 per card + postage.
How Does Personalization Work?
Shop from our online catalog to find the perfect card for any occasion. Once you've chosen a card, choose the "Personalize" option which will take you to the card personalization form. Complete the form along with the recipient's address, occasion date and your personal message; we will then mail you
personalized card to whomever you want, whenever you want. Click

Can I send the same personalized card to several people?
Yes. When personalizing a card, complete the personalization form as usual (for details on using the personalization form, click here); once you've completed your first personalized card at
the bottom of the form you'll see two buttons: "Save & Personalize Another" or "Add to Cart." Select "Save & Personalize Another" and this will save and add your first personalized card to your shopping cart while clearing the personalization form so that you can send the same card to additional recipients.
What Will My Personalized Card Look Like?
We aim to create elegant personalized cards that are attractive but never impersonal. This is why we offer a variety of handwriting-style script fonts. Unlike some card personalization services that print cards using impersonal computer type, our script-style typefaces are similar
to what you might get with calligraphy: text that is personal in appearance that is uniform and a bit more decorous.
If you prefer to have your cards handwritten, we offer this option as well. When you select the personalization option, under the "Choose Typeface" field on the personalization form; instead of selecting a font, choose the last option: "Handwritten." A member of our staff will neatly and
legibly write your message for you. It's like having your own personal assistant!
How can I personalize or sign my own card but still use the Card Queue for scheduling?
You can still take advantage of our card queuing and card scheduling services by
selecting the "Schedule" option instead of "Personalize."
Once you've chosen a card, choose the "Schedule" option which will take you to the card
scheduling form. Complete the form along with the address information, stamp
preferences (meaning whether you want your card to be delivered to you with a
stamp or not) and the occasion date; this form is very similar to the
[personalization form except the personal message field is not available. Save
your settings and add the scheduled card to your shopping cart; we will then mail you
scheduled card directly to you in plenty of time for the card to be signed and
mailed before the occasion.
