Welcome to GreetQ! We’re glad you stopped by. At GreetQ you’ll find a truly unique collection of beautiful paper cards, as
we search far and wide for the most talented independent card designers in the business. We aim to offer the best online shopping
experience available for greeting cards, offering services and products not found at other online greeting card shops.
The philosophy behind GreetQ is the idea that technology, specifically
the web, should be used in creative ways to improve our day to day lives,
including keeping us connected with the people we care about. Any task that
takes us away from doing the things that we love the most, like avoiding
stressful traffic and long lines at the post office, should be automated and
simplified using technology. If you can order a pizza online or queue your
DVDs to be delivered to your doorstep, you should be able to do the same
with greeting cards. And that’s what we aim to do: Make it easier for you to
celebrate a birthday, applaud an accomplishment, send your condolences or
send a friendly thank you, with a few mouse clicks. Without ever leaving
your computer, changing out of your jammies or wasting an ounce of gas.
We try to stay away from your run-of-the mill, mass produced greeting
cards and we think our effort has paid off. Every day we discover new,
fabulously talented artists who are thankfully using their talents to create
greeting cards. At GreetQ, you’ll find everything from letterpress to
screen-print, from handmade to die-cut designs – all uniquely beautiful,
printed on high-quality cardstock. We even have several designers who use
sustainable, environmentally safe practices such as printing with soy inks
or using recycled paper.
Whatever the occasion, whether it’s a birthday, holiday, anniversary or new baby, we have the perfect card. And whatever
your mood, whether you’re feeling funny, loving, serious or flirty, I’m sure we have a card to match. If we don’t, we’d love to hear
your suggestions. We’ve actually added several designers based on recommendations from customers, friends and family. Send us email at

Orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days. US orders are
shipped via 1st Class Mail through the US Postal Service which estimates
delivery time at 1-3 days. In total orders that are being shipped within the
US will arrive within approximately 5-7 business days.
We do offer bulk ordering on select products depending on the
availability and quantity needed. Generally, discounts may be offered on
orders of 50 or more for select styles. If you’d like to place a bulk order,
for either personalized or non-personalized, please contact us at
orders@greetq.com.
Occasionally, some of our most popular items may be temporarily out of stock due to demand. You can still order these items,
however it may take an approximately 2 weeks for delivery. If you'd like to
personalize
an item that is on backorder, the occasion date must be at least 2 weeks out. The personalization form will reflect this timeframe so
that you won't
inadvertently schedule a personalized card that is unavailable.
Generally, most of our items will be restocked within 2 weeks if they are currently out of stock; there are some items however that
may have been discontinued or are just generally no longer
available from the designer. Those items will be marked as "Item No Longer Available."
International Orders
GreetQ is based in Washington State. Washington state sales tax will be applied to orders with shipping addresses in Washington.
Sales tax will not be applied to orders sent to addresses within other states.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your item(s) within 30 days from the date on your packing slip.
This applies only items that are shipped directly to you.

We will credit your account once your return is processed and verified.
If you wish to cancel a scheduled card you may click the Cancel button from within your Card Queue. You must cancel the scheduled
item 8 or more days before your chosen occasion date. We will not charge you for items that are cancelled from your queue. If we have
begun processing your personalized card for shipment, the Cancel option will not be available. We do not offer refunds for
personalized cards that have already been sent to recipients on your behalf.
